First Shots - Introduction to Pistol
Oak Tree Gun Club is proud to partner with the NSSF (National Shooting Sports Foundation), to offer a comprehensive, beginner handgun class (perfect for clients who do not currently own a firearm, with no prior shooting experience).
This half-day class includes both classroom instruction, and range instruction - in a safe and comfortable environment.
What is included:
Class Materials
Instruction
Safety Equipment (ear & eye protection)
Handgun Rental
Ammunition
Lunch is NOT included, but can be purchased at our restaurant.
Cost - $125 per person
Pay Online - www.oaktreegunclub.com in the “store” tab on our Homepage. Payment may also be made at the range.
These classes MUST be SCHEDULED directly through our Pistol Range Department. Please email pistolrange@oaktreegunclub.com to schedule, or schedule@oaktreegunclub.com.
Minors are welcome to take this class, but MUST be accompanied by a Parent or Legal Guardian at all times.
Classes begin promptly at 10:30am every Saturday. Sunday classes are also available - please call and ask an associate for available Sunday dates.
Please advise our staff when scheduling, if any additional accommodations are required.

LIMITED SPACE AVAILABLE. CLASSES ARE LIMITED TO 10 PEOPLE.

The was fun and full of safety. I recommend this to all beginners. Joe was super nice, funny and very patient. Come early because the line… oh my, she could have used some help. She too was very nice.

Thanks Joe.....your guidance helped our batch get acquainted with the different handgun models and got us up to speed on etiquette and what not to do on the range as far as safety goes. Thanks for answering all our questions, correcting our grips and encouraging us to "Look Cool" while we shoot. Cheers!

Joe is cool. We learned all the cool shooting stuff from him. We may not hit the bullseye all the time. But we are always cool.

I really appreciated the instructor. He actually gave us all information that we needed for the first classes. It was nice to handle and compare different guns including a revolver. And shooting at the range was great and we had a lot of fun. It was a great practice.
Of course, everything was safe.
